A Little Bit About Us

Built on Experience. Driven by Outcomes.

At Rolling Stone Mobility, mobility isn't just our business — it's our way of life.

Our journey began following a life-changing boat accident in 2010 that resulted in a spinal cord injury and a firsthand introduction to the world of rehabilitation, mobility equipment, and assistive technology. Like many people navigating this journey, we quickly learned that receiving the right equipment can make an enormous difference, while poorly prescribed or unsuitable equipment can create unnecessary barriers, discomfort, and frustration.

Having personally experienced the impact of incorrectly prescribed equipment, we understand how critical it is to find the right solution for each individual. That experience continues to shape everything we do today.

As a family-owned and operated business, Rolling Stone Mobility combines professional expertise with genuine lived experience. We know that every person's circumstances, goals, and challenges are unique, which is why we take the time to listen, understand, and work closely with clients, therapists, support coordinators, carers, and funding bodies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

More Than Mobility – A Life of Independence and Achievement

Our founder has never allowed injury to define what is possible.

Since his injury, he has proudly represented both NSW and Australia in Wheelchair Rugby League, competing at the highest levels of the sport. Sport has played a significant role in maintaining independence, resilience, and wellbeing, while also demonstrating the importance of having the right equipment to perform and live life without limitations.

Today, he continues to stay active through wheelchair basketball and and Rugby League, and remains a strong advocate for participation, inclusion, and the life-changing impact that appropriate mobility equipment can have on a person's confidence and independence.

Why Choose Rolling Stone Mobility?

Because we've been there.

We understand the challenges of living with a disability, navigating funding systems, attending assessments, trialling equipment, and relying on mobility solutions every day. Our recommendations are guided by practical experience, clinical collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve their goals.

Whether supporting participants through the NDIS, assisting aged care clients, working with rehabilitation providers, or helping individuals regain independence after injury or illness, our focus remains the same:

Providing the right equipment, the right advice, and the right outcome.
